DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST FOR SOUTH KOREA TOURIST VISA & SHORT TERM–TOURIST VISA (LESS THAN 90 DAYS)
DOCUMENTS FROM APPLICANT
1. Original passport with more than 6 months validity and old passport if any
2. Recently taken 2 photos-size 35x45mm, white background with dark cloths & without specs
3. Duly filled visa application form by applicant with blue or black ball pen in block letters
4. Detailed covering letter from the applicant (mention his/her name, passport no, designation, travel date to and from, purpose of visit & who will bear the expenses)
5. Recent bank statement of last 6 months- closing balance min 3lakhs (original or photocopy with the banks stamp and sign by bank authority)while submitting the visa the bank statement taken within 5 days.
6. Photocopy of income tax return (ITR) of last 3-years acknowledgment copy only accepted. (if unable to submit any of ITR then a letter of explanation mentioning the reason must be submitted)
7.Health condition form
Occupation proof or employment proof (in case of currently employed) -employment letter (mention his / her name and designation and joining date) / leave letter
(applicant name, Designation, purpose of visit and from to date) in company letterhead with seal and signature of authorized person.
1. 1 year salary slip
2. Aadhaar card copy, pan card copy.
IF OWNERSHIP
1. Please submit 3-year company income tax return, company registration copy, gst- signature valid with green tick mark must (color copy)
2. Business profile details (please refer download form section for format) with company seal and signature.
IF DOCTORS : Medical counselling registration certificate
IF ADVOCATE : Bar counselling certificate / advocate id card
IF STUDENT : Leave Sanction letter from school / college with travel date mentioned
IF RETIRED : Pension book
IF EX-NRI : Proof required (relieving letter along with any id proof)
PERSONAL DETAIL : Applicant mail id, emergency contact no, person name, relationship to the applicant & nationality
EDUCATION : College name & location
NOTE
1. Signature must be same as in the passport (if any mismatching signature need letter)
2. After submission the visa processing time will required for minimum 20 working days (depends upon consulate decision)
