DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST FOR SOUTH KOREA DEPENDENT VISA
DOCUMENTS FROM APPLICANT
OPTION 1
1. Passport with validity of minimum 6 months
2. One passport sized-photo with white background (Only valid for one taken within recent 6 months)
3. Visa application form
4. Covering letter or Visa request letter
5. 6 Months bank statement of the applicant with bank seal and sign
6. Aadhaar card copy of applicant
7. Employment proof of the applicant – if any
8. Highest Qualification – Collage name address and phone number
9. Health Condition form
10. Medical report on TB test (Under 6 years of age are not required)
FROM KOREA
1. Invitation letter in Company Letterhead -Color and clear copy
2. Last 6 months bank statement in Korea of the inviter- Color and clear copy
3. Copy of first and last page passport (Inviter, Color and clear copy)
4. Inviter’s Alien registration card both side copy and Last Korean Visa copy (For Indians / Foreigners, Color and clear copy)
5. A certificate of inviter’s employment (Color and clear copy) and a certificate of tax payment (If an inviter is a spouse)
6. Salary slip 3 months – Color and clear copy
7. Tenancy Agreement with seal – Color and clear copy
8. Marriage certificate (Children–>Birth certificate)
