3. Confirmed travel booking
DOCUMENTS FROM PERSONS TRAVELING
1. Original current passport (with 06 months validity & more than 2 blank pages)
2. All Original Old passports
3. Covering letter from applicant stating the purpose of visit and Schedule of stay (day to day details)
4. 2 photograph taken within the last 6 months (size 3.5cm X 4.5cm, White background, glossy finish, 80% face coverage, ears should be visible, lip closed)
5. Aadhaar card copy
6. Marriage certificate
7. Last 3 years Income Tax Returns
8. Bank statement of last six months with bank’s seal & sign with Sufficient balance of 1,00,000/- or above for per person
IF BUSINESSMEN
1. Covering letter to the consulates should be in Business letter head with seal & sign
2. certificate of Registration
3. Memorandum of Association
4. Articles of Association
5. Partnership Deed if Partnership Firm
6. Company Bank Statement – last 6 months with bank’s seal & sign
7. Company ITR with Balance sheet – last 3 years
IF STUDENT
1. Leave letter & NOC from the Institution (If holiday mention the holiday dates)
2. Student ID card Copy
3. Birth Certificate copy
IF EMPLOYEE
1. Leave sanction letter & NOC from employer
2. Last 06 months payslips
3. Last 06 months salary account statement with bank’s seal & sign
4. Employer ID card (If available)
