DOCUMENTS FROM APPLICANT
1. Passport Scan (JPEG format) – clear colour scan of first & last pages . Passport should have Minimum 6 months validity and at least 2 blank pages
2. Recent Photograph soft copy (JPEG format) – White background, 3.5 × 4.5 cm, face covers 70–80%, taken within last 6 months.
3. Travel Dates to Russia – Entry and exit dates, region/city of stay (e.g., Moscow, St Petersburg), and flight / hotel details if available
4. Educational Details – All qualifications above Higher Secondary (+2) with institution name
5. Employment / Business Details – Company name, full address, contact number, designation
6. Social Network / Messenger Accounts – Include usernames or IDs (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram)
7. Permanent Residential Address with PIN code.
8. Applicant’s Contact Number and Email ID.
9. Last 3 years Travel History (add Russia too if applicable).
