DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST FOR SINGAPORE TOURIST / BUSINESS VISA
DOCUMENTS FROM APPLICANT
1. Passport
Original passport with at least 6 months validity from date of travel to Singapore along with the old passports details (If it has Previous Travel History to Singapore)
2. Colored photograph ( as softcopy ) with white background, 3.5×4.5 Cm in size taken in the last 1 weeks with a face covering 80% of the photo,without specs
3. Bank Statement
* Last 6 months’ bank statement in PDF format
* Seal & signature not required
* Minimum closing balance must be ₹85,000/- per person
IF EMPLOYEE
4. Salary slips (Last 3 months) – Compulsory
Any ONE of the following additional employment documents:
* Employment ID card (photo)
* Leave sanction letter
* Employment / Experience / Joining letter from employer
5. Letter of Invitation / Form V39A if visiting relatives / friends along with invitee’s passport & visa copies (if applicable)
IF SELF-EMPLOYED
6. Covering letter must be given in company letterhead with Monthly / Yearly Income details & copy of GST Certificate
For Applicants who are Unemployed / Freelance / Student / housewife / Agriculturist / landlord must provide Rental Agreement or Bank Statement for the last 6 months of person who is sponsoring the trip along with the sponsor letter(NOC Letter), employment proof & their Signature proof
IF RETIRED
* Need Pension Documents.
* Private Retired – Need – Source income for Declaration letter
IF STUDENT
7. Enclosed School / Collage ID card or Bonafide certificate
8. Original Signed Covering Letter from the Passenger indicating the purpose of travel, Passport No, travelling companions (to list name and passport number) Travel Dates, Monthly/Annual Income details & contact no.
9. Duly-Filled Form (Handwritten only) 14A with passenger’s Signature (Form Must be filled only by the Passenger without any correction or whitener mark) For cases of passport address different from current address, it is sufficient to reflect the current address in Form 14A. Photo to be affixed in the form & cross signed by the passenger (Refer Attachment)

Visa processing time : 7 working days
Visa fee : 4200/- per person ( as of now)
