Quick answer

A Singapore visa from Kerala is an e-Visa filed through an ICA-authorised visa agent – Indian nationals cannot apply directly. The processing fee is S$30 (about ₹2,200) plus the agent’s service fee, both included in Visa Xpert’s ₹4,200 per person all-in price. Approval usually takes 3–5 working days; the e-Visa is emailed, is often valid for multiple journeys up to 2 years, and the stay (normally up to 30 days) is granted at the airport.

Singapore visa from Kerala: frequently asked questions

Is there a Singapore visa centre in Kochi?

No, and none is needed. The visa is electronic and Indian nationals apply through ICA-authorised visa agents. Visa Xpert files your e-Visa from Kochi; you only send scans on WhatsApp. Kerala falls under the Consulate-General in Chennai, which does not take walk-in applications.

How much does the Singapore visa cost from Kerala?

The ICA processing fee is S$30 (about ₹2,200) plus the authorised agent’s service fee. Visa Xpert’s all-inclusive price is ₹4,200 per person for tourist and business e-Visas. Fees are not refunded if ICA refuses.

How long does the Singapore e-Visa take?

Usually 3–5 working days after submission, excluding the submission day, weekends and Singapore public holidays. Apply 2–3 weeks before travel to be safe.

How long is the Singapore visa valid and how long can I stay?

ICA usually issues a multiple-journey visa valid from about 30 days up to 2 years, but validity cannot be requested. Each stay is decided at the checkpoint – normally up to 30 days for tourists.

Do I need a Singapore visa for a cruise or a stopover?

Yes, if you leave the airport or port transit area – even for a few hours. Staying inside Changi’s transit area on a through ticket does not need a visa.

What documents do I need?

A passport scan valid 6+ months from entry, a recent 35 × 45 mm photo on a white background, the signed Form 14A, and your flight and hotel details. A bank statement, employment letter or a local sponsor’s letter help in some cases. For business, an invitation or company letter.

What if my Singapore visa is refused?

ICA does not give reasons. You can reapply with stronger supporting documents or a Singapore sponsor’s Letter of Introduction. We review the file before filing again.

Is Visa Xpert part of ICA or the Singapore Consulate?

No. Visa Xpert is an independent consultancy in Kochi since 2015 with 8,700+ Google reviews. ICA decides; we file through an authorised agent – no guarantees.
