Quick answer

Visa Xpert charges a fixed service fee per person for most visas, for example ₹3,000 for a Schengen or USA visitor visa, on top of the government fee and any VFS or BLS centre fee. For some services we quote an all-in total, such as ₹23,000 for a UK Standard Visitor visa, ₹17,500 for a Canada visitor visa and ₹3,850 for a Japan tourist visa. Government fees are set in foreign currency and change with exchange rates, so we confirm the exact amount before you pay anything.

What is and is not included

Our service charge covers

  • Checking that you are applying for the right visa and that your profile fits it
  • A document checklist for your visa type, and a review of your financial and supporting documents
  • Filling in the online application form and preparing the cover letter and itinerary where needed
  • Guidance on booking your VFS, BLS or embassy appointment and biometrics
  • A final check of the whole file before you submit, and help with any follow-up request from the embassy

Not included unless the table says so

  • The government visa fee and, for UK visas, the Immigration Health Surcharge
  • VFS, BLS or other visa centre service fees, and optional centre extras such as courier, SMS updates or premium lounge
  • Travel insurance, flight and hotel bookings, photographs, translations, attestation and medical tests
  • Fees for a second application after a refusal, which we quote separately

Government fees change

Embassies set their fees in pounds, euros, dollars or other currencies and revise them from time to time. The rupee amount depends on the exchange rate applied by the embassy or visa centre on the day. Government and visa centre fees are paid to them and are not refunded if a visa is refused. We confirm the exact total for your case in writing before you pay, and the figures on this page are updated when our service pages change.

Fees and service charges: frequently asked questions

What does the Visa Xpert service charge cover?

It covers our work on your application: checking the right visa for you, the document checklist, filling in the form, guidance on booking your appointment and biometrics, and a final check of the file before you submit. It does not include the government fee or the visa centre fee unless the table shows an all-in total.

Do your totals include the government visa fee?

Where the table shows a single rupee total, such as ₹23,000 for a UK Standard Visitor visa or ₹17,500 for a Canada visitor visa, the government fee is included. Where the total is shown as our charge plus a fee in foreign currency, you pay that fee online or at the visa centre on top of our charge.

Why does the rupee amount change?

Most visa fees are fixed in foreign currency, for example £135 for a UK visit visa or €90 for a Schengen visa. The embassy or visa centre converts it at its own rate on the day you pay, so the rupee total moves with the exchange rate. We confirm the current amount before you pay.

Is the fee refunded if my visa is refused?

Government and visa centre fees are paid to the embassy or centre and are not refunded if the visa is refused. Our service charge pays for the work of preparing and checking your application, which is done whether or not the visa is granted. We explain this before you pay.

Why do some services say ask us for a quote?

For UK work, student and dependant visas, Australia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and attestation work, the charge depends on the visa category and the work involved, so we quote for each case rather than publishing one figure. Call or WhatsApp +91 89211 53604 for a written quote.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The only amounts beyond the table are optional visa centre extras you choose, such as courier or SMS updates, and changes in government fees or exchange rates, which we tell you about before you pay.

Where can I see the fee for one specific visa?

Every visa and PCC page on this site has a Fees and service charges section with the same figures as this table, plus the document checklist and processing time for that visa.

Want an exact total for your case?

Tell us the visa, the number of applicants and your travel dates. We will confirm the government fee, the centre fee and our charge in writing before you pay.
